Delivery/Confirmation/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Delivery Information: The JADORE LES ROSES FLOWERS TRADING L.L.C operates every day, including Fridays and Saturdays. Customers must place their orders minimum 24 hours ahead, on any weekday and weekend, so that delivery of the order can occur at the pre-arranged time. For special holiday deliveries, please place your order minimum 48 hours ahead. We do accept last minute requests; however arrangements are subject to availability.

Order confirmation: Once the booking and/or purchase had been made on JADORELESROSES.COM customer will receive a booking confirmation and/or a payment confirmation by a system generated mail within the next one hour from moment of confirmation.

Shipping Process: Delivery will be processed once order had been paid and/or confirmed on the webpage (WWW. JADORELESROSES.COM). Orders cannot be changed or cancelled that have been confirmed and/or in transit. Delivery will happen as per the delivery date agreed during the ordering process. In season & special holidays, delivery may be impacted due traffic. JADORELESROSES.COM,will try the best to commit the agreed delivery date.

Multiply Orders: (J’adore Les Roses) accepts multiply orders. The multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund Policy: (J’adore Les Roses) offers refunds to its customers for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product was sent by us.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.

Refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment.
(J’adore Les Roses) does not accept complaints, nor offers refund once the product had been accepted and collected by the customer.

Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Return Policy: We accept returns within 1 day of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled that have been confirmed and/or in transit.
